Volunteer
At Science O3, we are always keen to welcome new members to our organisation. If you are enthusiastic about spreading the word that science is for everyone and would like help with the planning of the festival, or indeed if you only have time to help during festival week by supporting presenters or stewarding on Family Fun Day then please get in touch!
Present
Caithness International Science Festival brings together lecturers, presenters, demonstrators, and Science Centres from across the globe to deliver memorable events to the whole community. Please contact us, if you are a science presenter, local enthusiast, business, or group and would like to get involved either by presenting or delivering workshops in schools or to the public.
Exhibit
On Family Fun Day, as well as our visiting presenters and shows, we welcome informative and interactive exhibits from Caithness and the north Highlands and Islands. If you are a local enthusiast, run a business, or group, with links to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art or Maths and would like to exhibit then we’d be delighted to hear from you.

Family Day Sponsor
Family Fun Day is held at East Caithness Community Campus and is open to everyone, free of charge. We regularly welcome over 2,000 people at this event, which offers the chance to engage with fun, hands-on and interactive exhibits, shows and presentations from local businesses and organisations as well as our visiting presenters and a variety of Scottish Science Centres.
As a sponsor, you will enjoy high profile visibility at the event and inclusion in promotional activities. There is also the opportunity to take part and set up your own exhibit for increased visibility and contact with your audience.

The Caithness International Science Festival programme regularly includes several public events, offering fantastic opportunities to promote your business.
Work with us to reach your target audience by sponsoring a unique one-off event, which may include exhibitions, shows, lectures or workshops.
Competition Sponsor
A key element of Caithness International Science Festival is encouraging hands-on interaction with festival activities, one of the ways Science O3 encourages engagement with young people is to run interschools competitions in advance of the festival. Please get in touch if your organisation would like to sponsor a competition or donate prizes.

The team at Science O3 will work with you to tailor a bespoke sponsorship package to meet your organisation’s budget and help you reach your target audience. Perhaps you want to develop your own public event, reach a specific audience, or increase your community engagement?
